I spearheaded a complex CRM migration to ActiveCampaign, overseeing data transfer, automation setup, and testing to ensure a seamless transition.

 

My approach reduced manual tasks and enabled more efficient and personalised customer journeys, enhancing the overall experience.

Over 100 automation were created relating to onboarding, event reminders, lead nurturing, purchasing, and billing.
